Our sound set will be adapted to the location, circumstances and your needs. We have a small set for a small, intimate gathering, and for larger groups we provide a more extended setup. We are happy to provide additional lighting, an LED dance floor, a stage, guest artists, a DJ, or other additions. It ensures you have a single point of contact contact and can ensure everything is coordinated well.

The rate of a performance depends on several factors such as the duration of the performance, the number of guests, the line-up of the band and whether the event is public or private. Please feel free to contact us for a suitable proposal.

A performance by Nancy Grooves during an event, party or dinner usually lasts 4 hours.  Extension of the performance or a shorter duration is, of course, discussable.

Appropriate background music during band breaks is provided.

Our volume is always civilized and pleasant. During a dinner or reception you want to be able to talk with your business associates, family and friends. Of course, we turn up the volume slightly at a party where there is dancing, but it will always remain pleasant.

We would like to use one or more lockable dressing rooms (depending on the line-up of the band). This dressing room must have running water, a mirror and a clothes rack. We have no special catering requirements, we will coordinate this with you. Coffee, tea and water speaks for itself, any meals are by prior arrangement.

The minimum playing space for the line-up Nancy and Peter is 4 meters wide and 3 meters deep. More extensive line-ups may require more playing space. We will coordinate this with you and the venue. A stage is not strictly necessary but recommended.

For the basic setup (vocals & piano) one free group (16Amp 230volt) is sufficient (no power current). Should we come up with an extensive setup complete with lights, power current may be required. We will coordinate this in advance with you and the location.

An additional wireless microphone for any speeches is part of our setup.

Set-up and take-down times will be communicated with you in advance. Usually, set-up is 1.5 hours before the performance and take-down immediately after the performance.

Always load and unload as close to the stage as possible. All our materials are on wheels. A flat, well-traveled surface on the route from the unloading area to the scene is a requirement.

The setup of Nancy Grooves is very compact, but stairs are an extra challenge. In case there is no elevator available, we will adjust our setup in consultation.

In principle, guest artists can't use our equipment.  On request, we adapt our setup so that this is possible.
